Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Family First Designs, a BrandYOU Agency, founded by BrandMaster, Martina Britt Yelverton.

1. No Refunds

We are fully committed to providing high-quality branding and marketing services. Due to the nature of our work, the time invested by our team, and the immediate delivery of digital assets, there are NO REFUNDS on any of our services, setup fees, or monthly subscriptions.

All fees paid for subscriptions, services, and setups are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Service Replacements

While we do not issue cash refunds, service provisions as replacements may be offered comparable to the requested refund amounts. Any service replacements are granted entirely at the sole discretion of Family First Designs, a BrandYOU Agency.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to terminate or make adjustments to your subscription, written notice is required at least 30 days before your next billing date. Failure to provide 30 days' notice will result in the billing of the next scheduled cycle. Upon cancellation, you are responsible for transferring your assets out of our system within the 30-day grace period.
