Family First Designs, a BrandYOU Agency provides hybrid affiliate and service-based branding and marketing solutions specifically designed for GenX professionals. Our services are structured into three tiered subscription models:
All transactions, subscriptions, and fees are processed in USD (United States Dollars).
Our agency exclusively utilizes GoHighLevel (GHL) for all platform processes, client intake, CRM management, and service delivery. Your digital ecosystem will be built and managed within this environment to ensure seamless automation and brand growth.
To keep your services active and receive ongoing support, clients must maintain at least one mandatory membership. Qualifying memberships include:
If you fail to maintain an active membership, you will be given a 30-day grace period to transfer your assets out of our system. This transfer is subject to standard archive and transfer fees. After 30 days, access to your assets may be revoked.
All custom graphics, logos, website designs, and content created by the Agency remain the exclusive intellectual property of Family First Designs, a BrandYOU Agency, until all associated fees are fully paid and the assets are officially released to you. You always retain the full rights to any personal data, original content, and materials you provide to us.
While we provide expert frameworks, proven systems, and dedicated guidance, we cannot promise or guarantee specific financial, business, or performance results from using our services. Building a brand takes time, and your success depends entirely on your own effort, dedication, market factors, and implementation of the strategies provided.
We are fully committed to providing high-quality branding and marketing services. Due to the nature of our work, the time invested by our team, and the immediate delivery of digital assets, there are NO REFUNDS on any of our services, setup fees, or monthly subscriptions. All fees paid for subscriptions and services are strictly non-refundable.
While we do not issue cash refunds, service provisions as replacements may be offered comparable to the requested refund amounts. Any service replacements are granted entirely at the sole discretion of Family First Designs, a BrandYOU Agency.
If you wish to terminate or make adjustments to your subscription, written notice is required at least 30 days before your next billing date. Failure to provide 30 days' notice will result in the billing of the next scheduled cycle. Upon cancellation, you are responsible for transferring your assets within the 30-day window.
Your privacy is our priority. We collect information necessary to deliver our services, process your transactions, and improve our offerings. All payment information is handled securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Our website and payment gateways are fully PCI compliant, ensuring your sensitive financial data is encrypted and protected to the highest industry standards. We do not sell your personal data.
